It's a new drug (2015) so some med professionals may not have a ton of experience with it but it has worked for this purpose in trials :) My 16.5 yo is taking vraylar as an add on. They have severe depression and anxiety. Also taking Effexor.

I take Vraylar in the morning and am WIRED for most of its half-life (but I am smol). Was prescribed another med to help me sleep, which I do take about 4-5 nights a week.
