Toyota rav4 not starting no crank

Today when I went to start it all lights, radio and cameras work but the engine makes a buzzing noise and won't start. The dash reads "AWD malfunction, 2WD mode engaged" HELP !!!

Yes the CPS if it totally fails or becomes disconnected it will not tell the fuel pump to send fuel. The RAV4.1 fuel pump is only engaged when the engine is turning over. You won't hear it run just by turning the the key to the on position. The starter relay coil should have12v on pin #1 when starter button push and always a ground on pin #2. The starter relay contact to ign switch should have 12v pin #5 and the pin #3 contact should energize the starter solenoid circuit.
