Streamelements not working in chat. I could not find a setting to turn on using StreamElements that could work. I have them enabled on chrome as well as the twitch chat dock on obs and it's selected in my OBS settings in the chat extention option.

Didn't even think of that. Your bot is doing the command perfectly fine, but your twitch account is set to disallow links and so they get automodded into asterisks. So go into your twitch settings and change that. You may have an additional bot removing links as well. I know Nightbot and Wize bot will do that as well.
