Kratom, but not the Kratom itself, but the method of ingestion. My method is to take about a gram of powder and mix it with a shot’s worth of hot water and just get it over with, washing with water right after. Repeat several times per day, every day, for approximately 6 years. Kratom powder is usually extremely fine ground.

One way is simply chasing my kratom with a lightly acidic drink like orange juice, apple juice (lower pH than you might think), whatever.
