Once the season ends and your in off season staff go right into the staff menu and fired your OC and hire someone else right away. The OC section will be full of fired coordinators the computer isn't interested in and you can complete the off season and go into the next year without being stuck in the no OC to hire glitch.@connorhandrigan this is not a bug in Franchise.
