Green flashing key honda civic
Found out what the issue was for the civic. It was in-fact the not the key not the immobilizer but the pcm. The car shot a code p0606 which means there is internal damage to the ecu which needs to acknowledge the computer when the key is inserted along through the immobilizer.

This key light comes on after I changed the gear actuator and the gear assy. I cleared the freeze errors as directed by one of my boss (@automobilklub ) and the car crank but won't start.
