Fit mom. Hi, I’m Brooke! I’m a busy mom of four littles, exercise physiologist and prenatal/postnatal exercise specialist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. During my first pregnancy in 2015, I couldn’t find the resources I needed to exercise safely during pregnancy or heal the large gap down the middle of my stomach after.
