The front interior door panels of a 12th generation Ford F150 are held in place to the door frame by two bolts, two screws, and a few plastic hooks. Use a small flathead screwdriver to pry out the small square cover in the door pull well and the rectangular trim piece behind the door opener handle. Door Handle Screw Removed: Remove 8mm Bolt

It is currently dangling in a place that it is vibrating and making me nuts! Need to pull off the window crank and then the door panel.The panel is held on by a very long plastic pin, about 2" or so long, past the fuel pump shut-off switch. You basically have to pry it out. I got under it with a flat head screwdriver and pried it out enough until I could get needle nose pliers under it. Then I put the screwdriver under the pliers and used it for leverage until the pin came out.I have seen, at Harbor Freight, a package of about 4-5 different tools for door trim and panel removal.
