Is this not exactly how it’s always been? That recipe is tied to having a T3/4 thrall in the bench, nothing to do with the bench itself. Campaign bench increases speed with no benefit to cost (it doesn’t increase cost, just doesn’t reduce it either). The conversion recipe has always been 1 iron rein + 1 steel fire -> 1 steel rein.
