There are tons of five minute warm-ups on YouTube. I have never done a warmup video. I just stretch do jumping jacks and run in place for a few min. I’m guessing the 5 minute warmup video is a moneymaking strategy. If everyone doing any workout uses the 5 min warmup it will get millions of views driving advertising.
