Here's the process: As you edit cards, always add a "HotCoffeeForMeEdit" Tag to the cards. Update Anking deck normally. Open the exported file of cards you edited and your cards should overwrite the Anking update changes and leave your edits in there. Basically, AK rewrites all the card front/backs to the AK update.
